TECHNIPIPE JOINS THE INFRANEO GROUP

THE CREATION OF AN ENERGY VERTICAL IN INFRASTRUCTURE INTEGRITY IN FRANCE AND EUROPE

INFRANEO, a specialist in soil and structural engineering, announces its acquisition of Technipipe, a renowned company specialising in services for pipeline and industrial plant operators. This transaction marks INFRANEO's first external growth initiative since Seven2 became a shareholder, and consolidates its expertise in the energy sector.

The INFRANEO Group, which has operations in France, Germany, Belgium and Spain, has rapidly established itself as a major player in infrastructure asset management. With this acquisition, the company is strengthening its position and affirming its ambition to create an Energy vertical in infrastructure integrity in France and Europe.

TECHNIPIPE, A COMPANY SPECIALISING IN SERVICES FOR PIPELINE AND INDUSTRIAL PLANT OPERATORS

Technipipe, founded in 1990 and based in Les Pennes Mirabeau (Bouches-du-Rhône), stands out for its specialised services in the monitoring, maintenance and integrity management of pipelines and industrial units. With its complementary activities, Technipipe offers comprehensive expertise in monitoring, maintenance, control, inspection and repair, in compliance with the standards governing the operation of pipelines in France.

With a team of 70 professionals spread over four branches in Marseille, Lyon, Paris and Le Havre, this acquisition will enable INFRANEO to accelerate its development plan by creating synergy between the Technipipe teams and the skills already present within the group.

The merger with Technipipe is in line with INFRANEO's ongoing acquisition strategy. In 2021, the company had already extended its scope in the field of energy transport by acquiring Martin GmbH, a German company specialising in cathodic protection systems for the transport of gas and petroleum products.

With this transaction, INFRANEO has established itself as a key player in the energy sector, ready to meet the complex challenges of infrastructure asset management and to make an active contribution to the reindustrialisation project in France and Europe.
